Following is a comprehensive list of all Article III and Article IV United States federal judges appointed by President Donald Trump during his presidency, as well as a partial list of Article I federal judicial appointments, excluding appointments to the District of Columbia judiciary.[1]

As of May 1, 2017, the total number of Trump Article III judgeship nominees to be confirmed by the United States Senate is 1, including 1 justice to the Supreme Court of the United States, 0 judges to the United States Courts of Appeals, 0 judges to the United States district courts, and 0 judges to the United States Court of International Trade.[2] The number of nominations currently awaiting Senate action is 1.[3] There are currently no vacancies on the Supreme Court of the United States, but there are 20 vacancies on the United States Courts of Appeals, 101 vacancies on the United States district courts, 2 vacancies on the United States Court of International Trade,[3] and 21 announced federal judicial vacancies that will occur before the end of Trump's first term.[4] Trump has not made any recess appointments to the federal courts.
